Just come into our store to start the application process, all you need is access to your most recent Leave and Earnings statement(LES). When you come into the store you will fill out an online application from the store`s computer, we then upload the LES that you access through your MyPay account and we get responses from our lender within 15 minutes. It's quick and easy.....you can also bring in a copy of your of LES and we can fax the document over if this is easier for you.

Comfort Furniture offers a simple financing solution for those of you with not the best of credit. We’ve approved many customers with recent short sales, foreclosures and even bankruptcies on their record.
How do we do offer this??? Easy, we use a lender that doesn’t base you credit worthiness on your FICO score.

REQUIREMENTS
You must be able to meet the following requirements:
Must be employed for the last 6 months with the same employer.
Have to gross $1,000 a month and have payroll stubs to confirm.
Must have an active checking account for at least 3 months and deposit at least $500 per month.
Checking account statement must not have NSF’s (Non Sufficient Funds), negative balances and no more than 5 protected overdrafts in the last 30 days.
If you qualify based on the above requirements, please download and fill out application. Bring into the store with the following paperwork:
- Most recent Paystub showing (YTD) Year to Date totals. If applying in the months Jan-June please bring in most recent paystub plus one in Dec of the prior year or a W-2 from prior year.
- Most recent checking account statement
- Photo I.D.
- Voided check
